Snipou privacy policy

Snipou is a screenshot and whiteboard app for Windows. It works entirely on your computer.

  • No personal data is collected. Snipou has no account, no telemetry, no analytics and no advertising.
  • No network calls. Snipou does not connect to the internet. It does not check for updates by itself: the Microsoft Store or the download page does that.
  • Your captures and boards stay on your PC, in Snipou’s data folder and in the folders you choose. They leave your computer only when you copy, save or share them yourself.
  • The clipboard is used only when you capture or copy, to hand the picture to the app you paste into.

Uninstalling Snipou removes the app. Captures you saved to your own folders stay where you put them.
